On Friday the chances of bigger rains return.We are keeping an eye on two named storms in the Atlantic. It is still forecast that Sam will stay about 1,000 miles from Florida this weekend if he passes the state. In the meantime, Victor was to remain in the Mid-Atlantic for his entire lifespan.
