TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Tallahassee police say they made an arrest early Sunday morning following a fatal shooting in the 2600 block of West Tennessee Street.
According to TPD, officers were monitoring a crowd that had gathered in the parking lot of Cafe Shisha when gunfire was heard.
Authorities said officers immediately found two injured victims in a nearby parking lot: one of the victims, an unidentified adult male, died on the scene.
A second victim, according to TPD, suffered minor injuries.
Officials say the shooting was found to be the result of a verbal altercation that became physical between the suspect and the victims.
TPD says they arrested 29-year-old Terence Grice for manslaughter, attempted murder and possession of a gun by a convicted felon.
