Jordan Mickey and Zenit St. Petersburg are close to an agreement, as confirmed by Eurohoops sources and Gazzetta.gr first reported. Nothing has been finalized yet, but it is a matter of time before the two sides come to an agreement.

Mickey is one of the best free agents in his position after finishing his season at Khimki. In 28 games he averaged 15.6 ppg and 5.8 rpg, proving once again that he is one of the most reliable big men in the EuroLeague.

Zenit St. Petersburg will become the third European team in Mickey’s career after two seasons (2018-19, 2020-21) in the Khimki Moscow region and one (2019-20) at Real Madrid.
