Peninsula Treviso Bay among the fastest selling municipalities in Naples

The Treviso Bay peninsula is completely surrounded by a lake, with the municipality's TPC golf course just behind it.

Imperial Homes of Naples LLC, one of the most experienced and universally respected luxury home builders in Southwest Florida, has just announced that there are only four home sites left in its Peninsula Treviso Bay community.

The single-family enclave that originally had 55 home sites for sale now has only four left, according to Jim Berk, the community’s director of sales.

“The sales efforts in this unique and beautiful community have been nothing short of spectacular,” said Berk. “It was one of the fastest selling communities in Naples due to its location near downtown, the amenities that residents enjoy on a daily basis, the incredible views from every porch, and the perfectly designed floor plans and quality of construction in every home. “

Peninsula is also one of the busiest places in the Naples area.

“Due to the recent wave of sales, we currently have 12 consumer houses under construction and are planning to put another 12 houses into operation in about six months,” said Berk.

Despite the recent sales pace, Berk would like to remind those looking for a new home in a convenience-rich community to stop by the Treviso Bay Peninsula.

“Our remaining home sites still have incredible views, and with nine floor plans to choose from, I’m sure we have one that will perfectly suit your needs – and your lifestyle,” he said.

Three of these floor plans were referred to as “express delivery houses”. According to Berk, a fast delivery house is a specification house that can be purchased anytime during construction. Depending on the schedule and the progress of construction, the buyer could make any remaining, not yet promised final selections.

“We have selected three of our most popular floor plans as express delivery houses,” says Berk. “All should be completed by the end of 2022.”

These three floor plans include the Burano, Burano II and Caprina.

The Burano is a four bedroom / four and a half bath home that is 3,515 square feet under air and 5,035 square feet total, including a three car garage and outdoor living area.

The Burano II, to be built first, is a five bedroom plus club room / five full baths / two half baths home with 5,289 square feet of air and 7,502 square feet in total, including a three car garage and outdoor living area.

The master suite, guest room and study (fifth bedroom) are on the first floor and two en-suite guest rooms and the club room with access to a 30 x 20 square meter balcony is on the second floor.

The Caprina is a four bedroom plus study / four and a half bath home with 3,770 square feet of air and 5,180 square feet total including a three car garage.

Six additional floor plans are also available at Peninsula Treviso Bay.

The Abaco is a four bedroom plus optional study / three and a half bath plan that is 3,196 square feet under the air and 4,642 square feet in total, including a three car garage and outdoor living area.

The Domenica is a two story four bedroom plus study and club room / four and a half bath home with 4,544 square feet of air and 6,409 square feet in total, including a three car garage.

The Elisabella is a two story four bedroom plus club room / four and a half bath home with 4,687 square feet of air and 6,683 square feet total, including a three car garage.

In the case of Abaco, Caprina and Domenica, optional floor plans must be taken into account.

Prices for a home and homesite on Peninsula range from $ 2.3 million to $ 3.3 million.

Imperial Homes of Naples currently has a ready-made model for tours.

The Domenica II is a two story, four bedroom plus den plus bonus room / four full bath / two half bath home with 4,157 square feet of air and 6,329 square feet in total. The Domenica II was sold just two days after it was set up but can tour until November.

For those unfamiliar with Peninsula, the name stands for exactly what it is, a neighborhood of just 55 houses surrounded by water on all sides. But it doesn’t stop there.

Across the lake are the end holes of Treviso Bay’s TPC championship golf course, making the views from each home a magical combination of sparkling blues and manicured greens under the spectacular azure skies.

Berk stated that Imperial Homes of Naples designed special floor plans to take full advantage of the phenomenal lake and golf course views in the community.

“We used as much glass as possible on the back of the house to ensure that the owners and their guests can enjoy the fabulous views from every room,” said Berk.

According to Curtis Gunther, president of Imperial Homes of Naples, Peninsula is a perfect fit for his custom home builder.

“Those shopping in the Peninsula Treviso Bay are very savvy shoppers looking for a great Naples location close to downtown and the Gulf beaches, as well as a quality home with incredible views,” he said. “That fits perfectly with Imperial’s mission. Our team has the complete background not only to provide the build quality, but can also customize any home so that it is unique for each owner. ”

In addition to their beautiful homes and incredible views, residents of the Treviso Bay Peninsula enjoy the superb amenities of the renowned country club community.

Around the peninsula is the Arthur Hills-designed 18-hole championship golf course, which is part of the PGA TOUR’s renowned TPC club network.

The inspiring 7,367 yard TOUR golf course is set on 188 acres with multiple holes adjacent to the 110,000 acre Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve.

The Enclave Peninsula also overlooks the gorgeous 76,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse just behind the scenic lake. The TPC Golf Club’s elegant large dining room provides privacy for large venues and there are several other rooms for special meetings. The outdoor lanai seating offers a full view of the 9th and 18th century fairways and greens.

There’s also the casual chic of the Player’s Grille, a well-stocked pro shop, and the locker room lounge area where players can find billiards, a game room, library, and a companion to do a range of tasks, including ordering Eat.

Close to the community is the 15,000 square meter Villa Rilassare in Treviso Bay, a spa, fitness and health club, and a pool complex that is just plain wondrous.

While full-service aerobics, Pilates, spin classes, and spa treatments are available inside, you’ll find waterfalls, tropical landscapes, beach huts, and pools outside. Both the resort-style pools and lap pools welcome adults while the kids enjoy their own pool. Also in this area is La Piscina, the poolside restaurant and bar – accented with fire pits.

Other facilities around the clubhouse include 8 illuminated Har-Tru tennis courts as well as beach volleyball, pickleball and boccia courts.

As for Imperial Homes of Naples, the bespoke luxury home builder has over 20 years of experience in the Southwest Florida market, with its top two executives Curtis Gunther and Project Superintendent Wes Cypher combined having more than 65 years of experience

“If anyone is looking for a new home in the Naples area, they owe it to themselves to visit the Peninsula,” Gunther encourages.

“After just one visit, you will find that Peninsula has everything you are looking for. A great location. Phenomenal bespoke homes. And amenities to keep them as busy as they want, ”said Berk.
