Southwest Florida man caught perverted in front of his neighbors

A neighborhood in Port Charlotte, FL, has had enough of one of the residents after calling the police to report him following a recent incident.

58-year-old Gene Spencer called for the police to show up after a neighbor reported him when he saw him walking around the property wearing nothing but a hat. He was also sitting completely naked on a lounge chair and masturbating outside as people walked by and drove by.

A neighbor also claimed the man was walking around his house naked and not closing any curtains or blinds. He is now facing charges for exposing sexual organs.
