MIAMI (AP) – After a pandemic hiatus, the official Art Basel show has returned to Miami, including a phenomenal one, with all of its eccentric glory, a dizzying list of celebrity attendees and dozen of spin-off shows that are already making waves Children’s painters and a $ 4 million Banksy sale.
