Vaccinate children

After the CDC approved the Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5-11, several retail stores announced they would have evidence of the vaccine for children.

CVS, Walgreens and Publix are now accepting appointments. Availability varies from store to store.

Pharmacies and stores selling COVID-19 vaccines

Publix: Stores are now accepting walk-ins for Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Go here to find your nearest pharmacy: https://www.publix.com/covid-vaccine

Curriculum vitae: CVS accepts walk-ins and appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine. Click here to schedule an appointment with CVS. If you do not have online access, you can call CVS Customer Service at 800-746-7287 to book an appointment.

Walmart / Sam’s Club: Vaccines are now available both on foot and by appointment. Dates are only available online at walmart.com/COVIDvaccine. Select Sam’s Club locations also offer the vaccine, you don’t have to be a member Make an appointment.

Lee health Covid-19 vaccine dates open to the general public over 18 on April 19 – Use this website to register online: https://leehealth.vaccine.mychart.com/

Golisano Children’s Hospital‘s Mobile Pediatric Vaccination Clinic will stop in southwest Florida next week to vaccinate children 12 and older against COVID-19. The mobile pediatric vaccination clinic is only within walking distance, and there is no cost for the COVID-19 vaccine that will be Pfizer.

Lee County – Department of Health

DOH-Lee asks for vaccination appointments. Call 239-461-6100 and select option 4 from the menu.

Agents who make your appointment will direct you to one of the FDOH Lee offices located at:

Florida Gulf Coast University hosts a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine clinic every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students wishing to start or end the series with two doses should register at 239-590-7966. Appointments are required.

Sozo Wellness Pharmacy offers pediatric vaccinations (ages 5+) Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only – call 239-488-2580 to make an appointment.

Collier County – Department of Health

DOH-Collier will provide the Moderna vaccine at the Naples location, Building H: 3339 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112. No appointment is required. The Moderna vaccine is approved for people aged 18 and over. DOH-Collier is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

IMPORTANT: The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) only offers COVID-19 tests by appointment – in addition to normal test times, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

DOH-Collier is hosting a pediatric COVID-19 clinic for children ages 5-11 on December 8th

  • The clinic takes place at the DOH-Collier Naples location, 3339 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, 34112 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Appointments are required.
  • Call 239-252-6220 to schedule an appointment.

Charlotte County Department of Health

DOH-Charlotte will offer vaccines to all eligible Florida residents. The clinic will be located at the Department of Health, 1100 Loveland Blvd., Port Charlotte.

Florida residents to their homeland

Florida has a new option for home seniors to register for a COVID-19 vaccine.

Seniors who are home-bound can email HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com to make their request.
