MIAMI, OK – A Miami pharmacy stopped operating after the police shut it down.
The “Underground Dispensary” on Main Street was confiscated by the police because it did not have a license.
The pharmacy received an injunction on June 23, which it failed to comply with.
Miami police took action and confiscated all THC products from the store.
“Right now our detectives are putting the case together, and you know that documentation is the key to law enforcement and that only a good report is produced. And with coordinating the OMMA and submitting it to our prosecutor so they can review and see what our next steps are, ”said Thomas Anderson, Miami Police Chief.
This was the first legal issue with a medical marijuana dispensary in Ottawa County.
