Tampa-based cybersecurity firm moves to Water Street Tower

TAMPA, FL – ReliaQuest, a Tampa-based private cybersecurity company founded in 1997 and currently based on Harbor Island, announced that it will relocate its headquarters to Thousand & One on proposed Water Street Tampa.

ReliaQuest will be the largest tenant of the high-rise office building, which has six floors for a total of 120,000 square meters, with external signage at the top of the building.

It will be home to the company’s current 300 local employees and will allow ReliaQuest to expand to 500 employees over the next few years as the company continues to expand its US and global operations and provide cybersecurity services to hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies.

Thousand & One is the signature hub of the Water Street neighborhood, a phased development project designed to revitalize the core of downtown Tampa with an urban mixed-use waterfront with approximately nine million square feet of new commercial, residential, hospitality and cultural districts, entertainment , Education and retail uses.

The $ 3.5 billion mixed-use urban development project of Strategic Property Partners LLC, a company owned and capitalized by a partnership between Cascade Investment LLC and Tampa Bay Jeff Vinik, sits at over 50 Acres in the Tampa waterfront.

Thousand & One is a 20-story commercial office with double-height planted terraces carved into the building, creating outdoor space for employees and panoramic views of the waterfront. The building has two lush roof terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum light and 40 percent more fresh outside air than conventional office buildings.

The 20-story tower was designed by COOKFOX architects and offers 375,000 square feet of office space with 12,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

Foster collaboration and community, Thousand & One also hosts a town hall-style meeting room, open-air conference facility, and a staff fitness center.

The building’s design follows the guidelines of the science-based WELL Building Standard, developed by the International WELL Building Institute, which started a global movement to transform buildings and communities so that people thrive, improve performance and increase job satisfaction provide environment.

Thousand & One expects WELL Core and Shell certification from the International WELL Building Institute, which has already awarded Water Street Tampa as the first pre-certified WELL neighborhood in the world.
