Una Residences almost entirely sold while construction, Miami

Reported 85% of units at Una Residences in Miami, the yacht-inspired project, have been sold. The 579-foot building under developers Brickell is still under construction, having started early last year. The 47-story tower is slated for completion in 2023 and was designed by Gordon Gill and Adrian Smith Architecture. Una Residences will include 135 condominiums with uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami skyline. Located on the edge of Biscayne Bay in the private South Brickell neighborhood on 174 SE 25th Road, the residences are between 1,100 and 4,786 square feet and range from two to five bedrooms. The building has large decks, generous floor plans, and private elevators for all units.

Features include three swimming pools, an Atman Resort-inspired spa and steam room, children’s paddling area and game room, movie theater, fitness center with yoga and personal training facilities, and on-site restaurants. Residents also get access to the Grand Bay Club on Miami’s Key Biscayne Beach. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, whose portfolio includes some of the tallest landmarks in the world, including what will soon be the tallest building, the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia.
