Goran Dragic says goodbye to Toronto Raptors indefinitely

Goran Dragic says goodbye to Toronto Raptors indefinitely

The Miami Heat got off to a great start to their year. While last season’s followers, Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler, were excellent, they weren’t alone.

You got a lot from the newest member of the Miami Heat starting line-up at Kyle Lowry, and while you need him to hit a few more shots than he had to earlier in the year, the impact cannot be underestimated.

Speaking of Miami Heat stablemen, the guy who had to be sacrificed for the Miami Heat to land Kyle Lowry, Goran Dragic, seems to be going through something in Toronto. Here is the report from NBA reporter Shams Charania.

Raptors Guard Goran Dragic will be absent from the team indefinitely for personal reasons.

While this was just an account of what was going to happen, it was followed by a statement from the Toronto Raptors organization.

Former Miami Heat star Goran Dragic needs time outside of the game. They hope that all is well with the man so loved by the Heat fan base.

Here it is.

They hate to see a guy so popular and adored by Miami Heat fans as Goran Dragic deal with something that could cause him to quit his job, but it’s encouraging to see that the raptors so support him in this time.

It’s not that they weren’t or anything, but you always like to see that kind of support out there. While you also never want to speculate about what’s going on with someone and their situation, it’s worth noting that this wasn’t a good year for Goran in the field – by far.

As a man with a career average of around 14 points per game, three rebounds and five assists, he hasn’t seen much use this season in Toronto. Out of 20 possible opportunities to see the floor this season, he has only played in five of these 20 games.

His last appearance was better than two weeks ago, a 28-minute performance in which he got 16 points, five rebounds, three assists and even two steals in 50 percent shooting from the ground (6/12) and 40 from distance (2. ) gave / 5).

Again, you don’t know exactly what is happening and anything that can be conjured up is pure speculation – but it’s interesting to speculate whether it’s court dates or opportunities. Hopefully and most of all, Goran Dragic is fine.
