Rising rent: A South Tampa family saw her Rent increase 33% in one year for a 2 bedroom house nearby $ 2,000 a month, a almost $ 500 monthly increase or $ 6,000 a year. the average Rent increase is 30% for the Tampa subway, according to Redfin. 4th Pinellas County will be host Try it for free and a Educational event to the World AIDS Day At Saturday, December 4th called Access granted: ending the HIV epidemic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in St. Petersburg. 5. Shopapalooza pulled large crowds ad hundreds of sellers on Saturday during small business Saturdays. All companies featured are Operated by Florida locals and nearly 80% are based in the Tampa Bay area. Shopapalooza goes from today 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Vinoy Park and participation is free.
