Kiel Lombardo became Executive Chef of the Luminary Hotel & Co. in Ft. Myers

Like Lombardy

The head chef, Kiel Lombardo, will manage the daily culinary operations in the hotel’s own Silver King Ocean Brasserie and Ella Mae’s Diner as well as in the Beacon Social Drinkery rooftop lounge. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lombardo most recently worked for RL Hospitality Consulting in Tampa, Florida, where he advised on restaurant design and concept branding. Lombardo also served as a chef / creator at Platt Street Borough and Roy’s Restaurant, where he was trained by James Beard-winning chef Roy Yamaguchi. Lombardo graduated from Culinary & Hospitality School (formerly New Hampshire College) in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Adam Hyatt – Head Chef

March 5, 2021 – As Head Chef at the Epicurean, Adam Hyatt will lead daily culinary operations in the hotel’s signature Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar and the EDGE Rooftop Cocktail Lounge, while overseeing the food and beverage offering for the 5,200-square-foot event space at the Epicurean for Meetings, company parties, local catering events and special occasions.
