GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A Gainesville resident faces more than a dozen child pornography charges after months of investigations.
Richard West, 23, is in Alachua County Jail on a $ 1.3 million bond.
In March, Gainesville police received a lead on child exploitation material on the Tumblr website.
Detectives traced an account back west.
They say they found numerous extremely explicit pictures and videos of young children on his cell phone.
